About Dr. Geraldine Davis

Dr. Geraldine Davis, founder and CEO of Dr. G’s Toolbox, received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Special Education. She received both of her master’s Degrees from Grand Canyon University in Education Administration and Special Education respectively. She also earned her doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Her research experience includes a quantitative correlational study on the Perceived Effects of Black Female Principals’ Servant Leadership on Teacher Job Satisfaction.
Dr. Davis is an online instructor, of aspiring and certified teachers, at Grand Canyon University. Dr. Davis is also a Resource and Inclusion teacher at an elementary school in the Fort Worth Independent School District. She has been a teacher for 40 years.
She is a member of the National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE), The National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET), The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), Dallas Coaches Association, Texas High School Coaches Association, Board member for O. Ministries, Incorporated, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
